Extremism on rise in urban areas: Rashid Updated at: 1800 PST, Sunday, June 27, 2010 KARACHI: Chairman Pakistan Awami Muslim League Shaikh Rashid Sunday said extremist trends are on the rise in urban areas and that the a ‘Pathan’ is wrongly being maligned while actually a majority of suicide bombers are ‘Punjabis’. Addressing a press conference here, Shaikh Rashid maintained that N-League is proving to be the most ineligible, adding the next two-three months will be critical.
