Bollywood box-office report of the week

This week, which also marks the start of the fasting month of 'Ramzan', has an interesting clash
that can be termed as the battle of class and horror! The films in question are Aamir Khan's PEEPLI [LIVE] and the Bobby Deol and Mughda Godse starrer HELP. Given the superb promotion by Aamir Khan, the Anusha Rizvi directed PEEPLI [LIVE] is likely to sweep the stakes while HELP may appeal to its core horror audience. One must add here that neither of the two films are expected to start with a bang but it is the word of mouth that is likely to be the deciding factor in favour ofPEEPLI [LIVE]. However, there is another film releasing alongside but that is from Hollywood, and it will be wrong if we ignore it, because it will turn out to be big challenger to both the Hindi releases. Yes, we do mean THE EXPENDABLES that brings together some of the legend of action like Sylvester Stallone and Bruce Willis, amongst others. And that is what makes it a hot release as well.
