Atif Aslam, Ali Zafar, Nouman Javaid and RFAK to Give Soundtracks for Humayun Saeed’s Daag

The shooting of Humayun Saeed’s Daag, a film based on a real-life story of a rape victim, will kick off in March 2011, reported Tribune.

The shooting was supposed to kick off earlier this year but has been postponed due to the current flood conditions of Pakistan. Humayun, actor and producer, says the shooting has been delayed keeping in mind the safety of the crew of the film from India.

While Juggan Kazim was earlier decided to play the lead role, she is now being replaced by a new-comer.

“Shagufta Rafique and creative director Mahesh Bhatt sahib are looking out for a new face for the film that is why they are auditioning girls. According to them, Juggan is a pretty face but
not a new one.” says Humayun

Humayun Saeed also confirmed it to the Express Tribune that Atif Aslam, Ali Zafar, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Nouman Javaid will be giving the soundtracks for the film. No female artist has been announced yet for the soundtracks and no other details about the tracks have been released yet.
