Kajol works out to get back in shape, post pregnancy





Though onlookers may have found Kajol flaunting her post-pregnancy flab at the Toonpur Ka Superhero music launch, she has been gymming daily to get back into shape. The actress became a mum for the second time on September 13.

Kajol has been working out at husband Ajay Devgn's personal gym along with the star's trainer Shereveer Vakil. Her sister Tanishaa has been providing her company and going through the paces with her.

Says a source, "As soon as she had a go-ahead from the doctors to start physical training, Kajol began her fitness routine with Sheru (as the trainer is better known in B-Town). Exercising alone is boring so Tanishaa joined her big sister and in the process has knocked off five kilos already!"

Apart from cardio and weight training, the two sisters are also doing squats. While Kajol does 500 squats, Tanishaa does 200. Sheru also monitors their food intake even though Kajol is not on any kind of strict diet right now.

Adds the source, "Kajol and Tanishaa have a great time working out. They chat and laugh while doing the power strength training and while working with the weights."

Sheru has been Ajay Devgn's personal trainer for years and even accompanies the actor on outdoor shoots. At the shoot of All The Best last year, Ajay had 'gifted' Sheru to Sanjay Dutt during the movie's long outdoor shoot in Goa.

Sheru, who is also an actor, has featured in films like James and Welcome. The B-town clients he has trained include Anil Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Tabu and Madhuri Dixit.
