Toy Story 3, an animated film about the adventures of two action figures, has topped Forbes magazine's list of 2010's highest grossing films.
The film about a ten-inch tall astronaut and a cowboy, emerged victorious at the box office, earning an estimated USD 1.6 billion at the box office.
Not only does that make the Disney film the highest-grossing film of the year but the highest-grossing animated film of all time, reported Forbes.com.
The film, starring the voice talents of Tom Hanks as toy cowboy Woody and Tim Allen as his astronaut sidekick Buzz Lightyear, now ranks as the fifth highest-grossing film of all time.
