After her last release Hisss was ignored by audiences, Mallika Sherawat is no longer in demand. Not for films, and not even for her New Year's Eve performance. The actress lost her fan following when she vanished to the US for almost two years.

The audience has a short memory, and they've already replaced her in their affections. A source reveals, "Hotels have started sending feelers to top actresses for performances but Mallika doesn't feature on any list this year."

Salman Khan has been shooting for Ready in Madh Island for the last eight days.

Since commuting to and fro his home in Bandra takes too long, he has been staying at his Gorai beach bungalow, and has been travelling by a ferry to his location everyday. Much to the delight of the locals.

Riyad sand storm – massive sandstorm hits Saudi Arabia

A blinding sandstorm swept through Kuwait and parts of Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, disrupting air traffic as well as oil exports.

The storm raged for several hours. Visibility dropped to zero at the international airports in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, and in Kuwait.  Airport Director Saad Al-Tasan said that all air traffic at King Khalid International Airport was halted for over three hours because of the storm, and later the airport was only allowing departures.

Drivers in both areas were forced to stop or slow down as the sand turned skies into an orange brown.
