The people are pinning high hopes on the New Year to be brighter, happier and prosperous in sharp contrast to the last year which was hit by an unprecedented flash flood creating concern among the people.In 2011 they see peace, development and love. They expect normalcy in each walk of life and hope things will take a good turn in days ahead.
New Year in Pakistan is marked by enchanting festivities owing to fabulous cultural diversity of its all four provinces, AJK, FATA and Gilgit- Baltistan.
