Now it can be told why Kareena Kapoor had reservations about doing Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine. The actress got cold feet when she learned that Milan Luthria's The Dirty Picture with Vidya Balan had a similar storyline.
As Luthria's project is produced by Balaji and Bebo is close to Ekta and Tusshar Kapoor, she got wind of the plot -- both scripts are about a top actress at a low phase of her career.
