Pakistan cricket captain Shahid Khan Afridi said on Friday the New Zealand tour would be beneficial in the preparation for the World Cup 2011, adding that he was working hard to improve his performance ahead of the event.
National skipper was talking to the media persons during a training camp here in Qaddafi Stadium.
Shahid Afridi acknowledged that the pressure faced by the players in world cup was much different from other cricket events.
He said the current year was a difficult one for the
team. But the PCB was trying to solve the problems, he added. |
