Filmmaker Prakash Jha had asked his young lady director Alankrita Srivastava if it's required to show pre-marital sex in her chick flick Turning 30 that
has Gul Panag in the lead.
Alankrita, who is turning 30 herself, feels that even though it's a rom-com, she wants to keep it real. She says that pre-marital sex is prevalent in today's society and it is also accepted. Though Bollywood has usually shied away from addressing such sensitive and real issues, Alankrita was clear that would rather show the real deal instead of talking only of platonic friendships.
