Kareena?s luv story with Imran..on screen!
Vow!! Sounds delicious? Imran who is currently stealing bholi bhali ladkiyon ka dil in metros with ?I Hate Luv Stories? will now romance Bollywood choice No.1 Kareena Kapoor! The two are likely to be the lead pair in Karan Johar?s yet untitled project to be helmed by Shakun Batra.
The movie is likely to start from December this year and will be directed by new entrant Shakun Batra who has recently joined Dharma Productions. Shakun, worked as an assistant in ?Rock On!!? and ?Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na?, and is friend of Imran for some time now and it was Imran who suggested his name to Karan.
Karan spoke to Kareena about it and she agreed immediately.
When contacted, Imran Khan said, "Yes it is true that I am doing another film with Karan Johar. The film will be directed by Shakun but beyond that, I can't confirm anything on the casting front. Shakun has been a friend ever since he joined the industry and was a second assistant director on Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na. He has written the script with our mutual friend Aayesha.?
Power crisis on way to turn worse
Updated at: 1230 PST, Tuesday, July 06, 2010 KARACHI: Karachiites must stay ready to be hit by the worst electricity crisis of this season as 80-megawatt power supply to Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) from the Karachi Nuclear Power Plant (KANUPP) has been suspended on Tuesday, worsening the power crisis much thicker.Tariq Rasheed, the spokesman to KANUPP, told Geo news the nuclear power plant has been closed down in view of repair work, which is due to take approximately 2 weeks in complete restoration. The electricity supply of 84-megawat to KESC from Defense Desalination Plant (DDP) is already suspended for last two months, he said. Electricity supply to areas like PECHS, Bufferzone, Shadman Town and North Karachi is cut since last night whereas many area residents in Malir locality have registered complaints of receiving low power voltage. More than 100 feeders have gone tripped due to overnight rain, he added. KESC officials have yet to formulate a polity to address monsoon-related problems. |
