Ali Zafar gives away his lucky guitar

The Prince of Pop, Ali Zafar, made his Bollywood debut with Tere Bin Laden, and will be seen starring with Katrina Kaif and Imran Khan in “Mere Brother Ki Dulhan“, a romantic comedy set around a love triangle. It is a “topsy-turvy story” set amongst upper middle class families in northern India, and that Imran Khan plays a character who falls in love with his brother’s (Ali Zafar) fiancé (Katrina Kaif). Ali plays a Hindu boy named Luv. It is set to release in
mid-2011.
Recently during the shooting of the film at a studio, Ali had to give up his favourite guitar.
While Ali was shooting, a guy who liked Ali’s music would come on the sets everyday. Ali noticed this and went upto him. Says an eyewitness, “Ali learnt that the guy was a struggling musician. He gifted the guy his lucky guitar to wish him luck.”
There are a couple of other projects Ali is considering, and he has verbally agreed to one of them. He says, “Half the scripts that have come to me have me as a singer or a rock star (grins)! Anyway, I definitely see myself doing two or three films back-to-back in the near future.”
